## About Commercial Services

- **What does the commercial edition include?** — Commercial editions include a commercial license, a dedicated DBA agent, custom offline packages, expert support for complex issues, response-time SLAs, and broader Linux and PostgreSQL version coverage.

- **How are nodes counted?** — Node count means the number of distinct IP addresses managed by Pigsty.

- **Can I try before I buy?** — Yes. The open-source edition has the same core functionality, so you can evaluate it fully before deciding. Enterprise evaluations can also request a 30-day trial.

- **How do I get invoices and contracts?** — Standard invoices and business contracts are available. Email `rh@vonng.com` for details.

- **Which payment methods are supported?** — Subscriptions support wire transfers; one-off consulting can also use PayPal and major credit cards.

- **What if I need more nodes?** — Additional nodes beyond a plan can be purchased as needed, and enterprise plans can be tailored to actual scale.
