Extension pg_walinspect is PostgreSQL Built-in Contrib Extension which is installed along with the kernel/contrib.

Install pg_walinspect RPM from YUM repo directly:

dnf install postgresql17-contrib;
dnf install postgresql16-contrib;
dnf install postgresql15-contrib;

Install pg_walinspect DEB from APT repo directly:

apt install postgresql-17;
apt install postgresql-16;
apt install postgresql-15;

Create pg_walinspect extension on PostgreSQL cluster:

CREATE EXTENSION pg_walinspect;
